What should I expect during a pet visit?

Every visit is personalized for your pet’s comfort and safety. I provide care with patience, love, and attention to each pet’s needs whether that’s playtime, feeding, administering medication, or simply companionship. Pets are always treated as family, and I make sure they feel safe and relaxed in their own home. Pictures, videos, and updates will be shared regularly during visits so you can see how your pet is doing.


Are you insured and bonded?

Yes. I am fully insured and bonded, which means both your pets and your home are protected while they are in my care. This coverage provides peace of mind in the unlikely event of an accident, injury, or property damage, and reflects my commitment to providing safe, responsible, and reliable pet care at all times.

How do I book a service?

All new clients must first book a Meet & Greet. This ensures I get to know your pet, understand any special needs, and create a care plan tailored just for them. Once the Meet & Greet is completed, you can schedule regular visits, walks, or overnight care through the website following the booking instructions.


Do I need to provide anything before the visit?

What if my pet has special needs or medication?

Yes! Please complete the intake form at least 72 hours before the booking. This includes important details like allergies, dietary restrictions, medications, medical conditions, and personality notes. The more info you provide, the smoother and safer your pet’s care will be.


No problem! I have experience administering medications and caring for pets with special needs. Be sure to include detailed instructions in the intake form, and I will follow them carefully.

Will I receive a confirmation or invoice?

Yes! Once your booking is approved, you’ll receive an invoice with the requested service dates and full total. Any applicable discounts will be included, and payment instructions are provided for your convenience.
